Agreement between Thomas, duke of Norfolk, and Thomas Lovell of Estharling (Norf.), esq., that in pursuance of certain covenants between the said duke and lord William Howarde, Lord Chamberlain of the Queen's house, the said duke shall before Michaelmas next upon request levy a fine in the Court of Common Pleas to the said Thomas Lovell and Alice his wife, they being the assigns of lord William Howarde in the manor of Bourhouse in Boxforthe and Polsted (Suff.); such fine to be of those lands of which Thomas Lovell is at present in seisin in right of his wife.
